Saturday morning started so badly, I always check to post and normally it's only junk mail... quite often bills [but we all expect them] trouble is that this bill was a correction by BT that they have made. Turns out due to their error I owe £200! and they want me to pay asap, no 'Sorry' or 'We apologise' just 'pay up'! British Telecom.. or is it Billing's Terrible? Only one thing to do now, lose myself in the online fun Scarlet has posted below.
